It has been developed to offer a good thermal and windproof comfort in paragliding, but also in the mountains, thanks to a synthetic insulation (double layer on the front face), without feathers.

The insulation has the advantage that it is not sensitive to rain. It does not lose its warmth, even when wet (unlike down which, once soaked, loses its volume and therefore its insulating qualities). However, it is not a rain jacket (not waterproof).

It integrates 4 pockets including one inside zipped on the heart. Under the arms, a zip allows to modulate the heat exchange.

Un excellent modèle qui peut compléter une doudoune classique car il prend moins de place. Very useful also in the off-season, the Wind jacket is robust, less fragile than a classic down jacket.

However, the Wind jacket remains less warm and insulating than a Thermik light or Reverse jacket.
